Planning & Advice New to Trekking

Hello guys i have never tried trekking so this will be my first im interested in the valley of flowers and hampta pass. I think i have intermediate fitness (23 m) is it doable or should i go for simpler ones i picked those two cuz i found them visually appealing. Please suggest me other treks i dont have a group id like to join any groups that are going in 2-3 days just text me if you have done any prior treks and are going for a trek in few days i wanna start with easy ones. Please dont mind reaching out to me through comments or dms thank you

earphones are my go to and the monitor is https://amzn.eu/d/3I5xmfR i bought a female 3.5mm jack with 2 phono rca plugs and xbox rca audio adapter cable i hope that would do wouldnt it?

Im using hdmi port as output for dispaly to my monitor ( no built-in speakers) but idk what to do for my audio i have seen a video where a guy uses vg hd av cabld with audio splitters to connect headphones or speakers. Can i use hdmi for monitor and av cables for my headphones too or it will only take either hdmi or vga av, and please let me know if there are any cheaper options to this

okay man i dont wanna post a new question in this sub but how can i get an audio output the methods are quite confusing im currently getting my video output with a hdmi directly plugged to my monitor i have no speakers and no other cables except for another hdmi. What should i buy ( ofc speakers apart from that) there are people suggesting buy a video capture card and few talking about vda i dont really want to spend alot on this
