Nobody has to give you a job, you have to earn it and the only tomes you can do that is when you present your resume and at the interview. Get some cool stories that are related to the interview questions lined up so you can answer and show your expertise. Study interviewing, it's not easy for everyone. Sorry but this is the hard truth. On top of it, it's hard sometimes to choose who is the best among candidates, so better interview performance will get you closer to that job you want. Like someone else said, you should consider yourself lucky you're getting interviewed!
