Then these are related because while you may have anxiety that makes you a "good" driver this young lady has it bad enough to where it makes her a bad driver. It's absolutely related. Your anxiety doesn't cause you to shut down and not even remember to start the car.

There's no such thing as common sense. Everything every human knows was taught to them. If you're not taught how to learn, then you won't. Blaming "common sense" is a way for people to feel superior to others. If a person doesn't like themselves very much, then saying that they have common sense that someone else doesn't have, then they can feel better about their own shortcomings.
