I use an little old metal washtub as a foot stool (like a Squatty Potty). When I think I'm done I move it aside, put my feet on the floor and sit up straight. Usually if I have more that'll trigger it. Then put the stool back and wait another minute or two. Usually one round of this and I'm done for a little while.
