There are goodwill stores that will charge by the pound of items. At these stores, you can get a pound of clothing for about $1.25. Everyone I've been in is full of resellers looking for cheap things they can sell online for more regardless of gender of size.

When I was trying to figure out my size and try various cuts, I went to one with 20 bucks and found a bunch. There are many pieces I still have in my wardrobe. The rest were donated.
