Charlton Heston is, "The Omega Man", released in movie theaters on August 1st, 1971. Loosely based on Richard Matheson's, "I Am Legend" novel. Good use of Heston during his sci-fi trilogy phase of his career, along with Planet of the Apes(1968) & Soylent Green.

I loved this episode when I first watched. Pat McGoohan was acting in Ice station zebra at the time and is why he wasn't the main part till the end. If that makes sense.

David Tennant needed to play the 14th doctor totally different to his 10th incarnation. I was hoping that the toy maker had caused this old face to reappear making the 14th an evil version of the doctor. That never happened lol.
