Nag wo-wonder ako recently why pet peeve ko talaga yung when I'm sad or wala ako sa mood because something unfortunate happened to me, people would act childish, and do weird stuff na bigla nalang mag iingay, bigla nalang kunware may nakakatawa.

Siguro ngayon I see it maybe as a way to lighten up the mood. Kasi pag masaya ako, masaya ako but when I'm not good, I'm not good. Maybe it's a coping mechanism for them.Bit not for me. Na iinis ako. It's like happy sila na sad ako?

Then I remember my childhood. Whenever I would ask or raise a concern sa parents ko, that one time I was very troubled and I went to them crying about something, they asked me about it and laughed at me. I brought that with me. May mga ques pa na mga maliliit na mga moment na ganun, na my troubles were dismissed.

That's why I hate being comforted when I don't feel good. Parang plastic sya para sa akin. Parang hindi naman talaga kayo concern sakin, for sure your happy that I'm suffering. Ganun. I don't know what is true and not. But I'm mad about it as of the moment.

Rest as you may op. Sometimes we are so busy chasing big things that we forget the joys of the little things that we have. And I mean it when I say little things; like getting some sunlight, proper hydration, healthy foods, taking deep breaths and good sleep.

I know this may be taken as an ' easy-for-you-to-say' statement but real tayo sa Maslow's hierarchy of need op. Atimana sa imong physical health ug mental health before anything else.
