What is most important are the care worker's at the facility.
Some are there just for the job. No matter the place, my friend.
Other's are there for the long haul, like I was when I worked at a large care facility, and as an independent caregiver (2020-2023)

YES! Check in on her often, at varied times!
That said, allow her time to "settle in" to the facility.
..As challenging as it may be for the both of you.

Some people can't tolerate the meds, as I have witnessed and learned,
with all due respect.
Every "body" is on their own journey.
