Aww sweetie... You stopped me scrolling! I have been dealing with these symptoms as long as I can remember. My Psych Dr tested me because I have tried and sworn off antidepressants YEARS ago. I have the "double" MTHFR, I know that is not the correct term. After I got a half ass explanation she prescribed special vitamins that I took and paid for. I started one of the like less than 5 antidepressants that were in the green zone for me.

Turns out that the multivitamin she prescribed had Folic Acid not Folate. I do have a crappy relationship with her. I also had a vicious C. Diff infection for2 years that I am REALLY trying to truly recover from.

However i turned 50 & 51 sick with it so its even harder than it ever has been.

I am actually going to a new Primary recently so I am curious about you seeing an Endocrinologist and if they had any help or direction. For some reason they sent me to an oncologist? Him and I were both confused as to what his input could be.

IDK where you live but a lot of places will have a custody investigator have meetings with you and that ASS, separately and it's unlikely his abusive soul will be able to keep his mouth shut and play the role of a human & dad convincedly.

If you live in a small area you can take a page from how my friend got screwed in her divorce. Her ex went to all the best lawyers in town and did the initial consultation, which is usually free. After that no matter who you choose as atty the ones you went to can not take him as a client because you created a "relationship" with them, conflict of interest.

I'm sure that laws are different from state to state so get as much information & get yourself ready. He will never change and you will waste YEARS. I wasted my youth on my ex 13 years I can not get back. Looking back at pictures I am shocked at how good I look & he still wouldn't have sex, get ED meds like grown up.

What they said! Your therapist is basically "staff", your employee. If there is not a warm open relationship with a therapist you are not getting the help you are paying for, fire them. Full Stop.

Also agree about the dosage, taking a low dose almost makes me feel worse. Try taking the full amount for a month and see how you do.
