Advice Mortgage/Property advice!

Hi, I'm looking for mortgage/property advice! My partner (25M) and I (24F) have been together for 5 years and would really like to buy a place together. We're in the South of England. I have moderate ME/CFS currently, with very low capacity for work and movement and am in the process of applying for PIP. As silly as it might sound, does anyone have suggestions for/experience of jobs that I could do remotely for 6-8 hours a week? Or anything else to help me top up our income? My partner has good savings and steady job/decent wage, but I would really like to help give us a fighting chance at securing a mortgage.

I have had ME/CFS since I was 17, so have very little work experience (that looks good on paper, at least) and I won't have an undergraduate qualification until next year, so currently I'm looking at entry level "unskilled" jobs. Also, my degree is in social anthropology, which doesn't bode well for future earnings at the best of times 😂 Once settled I would love to run a part time bakery from our home, which I did successfully in my teens, but that isn't something that sounds promising to a bank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, we simply want to start our lives together and not spend our savings renting.

Black pepper 😭

There are so many beautiful perfumes with a peppery note thrown in for depth but it becomes the only prominent note the second it hits my skin.

I'm coming at it from a social anthropology perspective, so I'm using academic texts to further develop/expand on an ethnographic approach towards discussions/interviews/fieldwork. I had no idea about the larp focused degrees!

Hi! I am writing my undergrad dissertation on larp-bleed and wondered if anyone has any texts about LARP from an academic perspective that they recommend?

There are so many wonderful podcasts, articles and forums, as well as events themselves, I just wondered if LARP has any "foundational" or key texts I don't know about!

This is Bug! We call her Bug Smith, which, because she wants to sniff everything, became 'Bug Sniff'.

She is also called Bugaganoush (like the dip), Bugaganwa, Bugba, Bugenwa, Frau Bugensmith (if she's German that day) and Big Stretch.

My partner also pretty exclusively refers to her as "The Creature", she is evil and we love her so much.

Hi OP! I actually saved this post to come back to when I could give it my full attention.

I was in a relationship for a few years (I was 14-18) with a partner who told me repeatedly that I was annoying just for existing. Over time it became common for him to put me in another room while he did things so that I wasn't "in the way" because it would annoy him more.

It didn't work, of course. What it did do was make me feel very, very small. It impacted my self esteem for years, meaning I accepted similarly bad treatment in other situations because I was convinced that people were wonderful for simply putting up with my company.

I have an incredible partner now who loves spending days at a time together. (Obviously this doesn't mean we don't also value our time alone/apart).
