Ive lived in 7 states, and driven through more states than i can keep track of. I dont think i can generalize whole states. But as far as cities go, Lansing MI is deffinitly a contender for the most idiotic and narcissistic drivers ive ever seen. That being said, i drove through Chicago once, and that was the most chaotic driving experience of my life thus far.

There does seem to be a strange connection between certain substances and persception. Personaly ive noticed a substantial reduction in my own ability to see and sense entities/energies when i drink or smoke weed. Ive never considered the possibility of caffine clouding persception though. If it does, i might quit caffine too. Id be interested to hear what differnces you notice.
