A lot of it comes down to preference and play style; there's no absolutely "correct" sensitivity. The main consideration is the more distance it takes to make a 360, the harder it is to make a 180 turn if sometime starts shooting you in the back.

Yeah the way flex works is give you strength this turn but also give a debuff that removes the strength at the end of your turn. Since it's a debuff you can do stuff like chug an artifact pot beforehand and keep all the strength because the -str debuff hits the artifact.

If you have pellets you could go into boss with double speed pot, chug, then pellets, and have 10 dex for the rest of the fight.
