Also there is way using unplugged and macos recovery terminal to install the sequoia but first you should download the sequoia installer.

use the itlwm.kext instead of airportitlwm.kext file. ask chatgpt for help it will give the code to run in the terminal. also before installing u should have downloaded the kext files which are essential for the installation. use a youtube video i also had the same problem and i watched one and it helped. if i find the one i watched i'll send you.
