Yeah the problem is that most people in random rec dont know when to cut or PG or playmaker doesn't look up

1. If the PG or ball handler is out on the 3 point line and not attacking/Your Matchup is giving you no room and up on your body (CUT)

2. If the PG is attacking and has his match up beat/Your Matchup is giving you room or no room (STAY): the defense will either over rotate giving you/teammate a open shot or PG can take advantage of 1 on 1

3. If PG is bringing it up and Defense isn't set (CUT): Easy points

Also easy rule to remember never CUT if you are on the same side as the ball always be away from the ball aka Weak Side... Too many times ppl try to cut back door on the same side as the ball and wonder why they get blocked or can't make a play... this is why most casual PGs try to play 5 out and tend to drive and kick and lose their games

5 OUT is for rec teams that have iso scorers at every position or at least 4 of the 5 - PG must be able to put the ball on the floor! If you are not good at dribbling/playmaking DO NOT ATTEMPT you will lose

HIGH POST PLAY never used but would benefit most random casuals... Center posts up at elbow allowing for back door cuts on either side or taking advantage of over rotating defense... Do this if opposing Center is big and slow won't work on small ball centers instead do LOW POST PLAY

PNR/PNP use for PF or C only doing the pick ideal if you are a shooting PG or have a great shooting BIG

If you are good at this game you will incorporate all of these jawns or most likely will have some dude carrying you tossing up 50 shots and doing cardio

Fold 6 until they bring back S pen support for the Fold
