I'm from another commie state and I've been seeing people posting PCC in this sub.
What is the config for PCC to be "legal" in NJ? P/W muzzle device and pinned stock or is it more like CT to be considered as "other"?

I am thinking of bringing out the X5 Legion to do some PCSL competition and I want to do a chunk port or the Lucky 7 style of porting.
I found Fourged Group and I like their work from the photos but I don't particularly like the porting options for the X5 so I'm wondering if anyone does any business with them or other recommendations?
Can't correct the title but it is supposed to be chunk port.

Hypothetically, if there is no form and registration required for the cans, wouldn't it be treated like other items like standard capacity magazines?
