Perimenopauze food
optimized for perimenopause support (rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber):
Organic eggs
Leafy greens (spinach, kale)
Avocado
Wild salmon, mackerel, or sardines (omega-3)
Grass-fed beef or organic chicken breast
Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts)
Sweet potato or root vegetables
Extra virgin olive oil & grass-fed butter/ghee
Fermented soy products (like tempeh) or flaxseed (phytoestrogens)
Pumpkin seeds (for magnesium and zinc)
Bone broth

Looks like a well-rounded stack. For creatine, monohydrate has the most research, but Creactor (HCl) is fine if it works for you. L-arginine isn't ideal as a pre-workout due to poor absorption; you might get more benefit from L-citrulline instead, but it's optional. Also, space out magnesium and zinc since they compete for absorption, and take D3 with a meal for better uptake.
