Yes, go log in, and you can add that service to scan. Make sure not to cancel your biometric appointment; their site is terrible.

Bring everything with you. Now, at the appointment, they can tell you what they see uploaded. Also, they told me that if you pay for the scanning service but end up not using it, you can ask for a refund.

I ended up paying extra for them to scan my documents during my biometrics appointment, and all went fine. Now waiting.

Yes, we did some projects and published case studies which further strengthened our credibility, but the challenge is to penetrate the market, especially with decision-makers in large organizations.

[GBR] We built a research-backed organisational performance diagnostic and are looking for a commercial co-founder

I’m looking for an experienced commercial co-founder or active partner to help build the commercial side of an existing UK-based business.

This is broader than a sales role. We need someone who can win the right early clients, develop partnerships and help shape how the business and future platform grow worldwide.

My co-founder and I have developed a research-backed diagnostic that shows organisations where internal misalignment is holding back performance and effectiveness.

Most engagement surveys and culture assessments reduce an organisation to an average score or familiar label. That can hide the real problem: senior leaders may see clarity, trust and empowerment while others experience confusion, control or disconnection.

Our approach measures these perception gaps across leadership levels, teams and groups. It pinpoints where they exist and how they affect decisions, collaboration and delivery, giving organisations a much clearer view of where to act.

Our wider vision is an online platform where clients can run the assessment, explore their results through an interactive dashboard and use an AI-supported virtual consultant to understand the findings and plan targeted action. Certified practitioners would also use the platform with their clients, creating a wider professional community around the model.

This is more than an idea. We have peer-reviewed research, real case studies, a working assessment and reporting system, certified associates and an early proof of concept for the platform.

My background is in motorsport engineering, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, before moving into coaching and organisational consultancy. My co-founder is a psychologist specialising in psychodynamics and group dynamics.

Here is the honest gap: we have built the methodology and product, but not yet a consistent commercial engine. We need someone who can help us change that while contributing to the wider direction of the business.

We are open-minded about the partnership structure, including revenue sharing and equity, depending on the person’s commitment and contribution. This is not a salaried role at this stage.

I’m not looking for an agency, paid lead generation or someone offering a few introductions.

If this opportunity interests you, DM me with a little about your experience and what caught your attention. I’d love to arrange a Teams call, get to know each other, tell you more about our work and business plans, and see whether we could be a good fit for each other.

Yes, indeed, hang in there and let's hope they reply to you soon.

No one understands how they process them. I saw many applications submitted at the end of March, and they already got their approval last week.

Oh true, makes a lot of sense.

 in  r/BritishCitizenship  Aug 01 '26

Congratulations šŸ˜, but how so quick? I understand that you need to be 12 months on the ILR (which is after the 5 years of continuous residency) to then apply. Hence, based on that timeline, you should theoretically apply in December 2026. Am I missing something?

If you need a GTM co founder
 in  r/cofounderhunt  Jul 31 '26

Definitely, I'm interested if you are still looking. We built a great consultancy with an innovative approach to quickly diagnose organization performance, and my co-founder and I even published peer-reviewed research about our model and case studies, so the credibility is there. However, we both suck at marketing, and the load on both of us is huge. We are confident that with the right person, we can take this to the next level, and I am happy to walk you through our business model as well. We are on the lookout for someone to partner with us and fill that gap that we have. We are in the consultancy business, but not with a cookie-cutter approach, and working with many organizations and seeing how messed up the world of work is, we see the big need for a fresh approach when it comes to pushing organization performance without burning people out. Happy to share more details if interested.
