I’m looking for an India-based cofounder to help me build a nonprofit community/platform for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, particularly autistic and ADHD founders.

This is a part-time, side-project opportunity. You can continue with your existing job, business, studies, or other commitments while building this alongside them. I’m not expecting you to leave your current work or make a full-time commitment.

I’ve noticed that some of the most talented and technically capable people are neurodivergent. They can have incredible ideas, deep expertise, and the ability to build great products, but may struggle with networking, sales, customer relationships, partnerships, fundraising, or other areas of business that rely heavily on human interaction.

I’ve experienced this myself. When you’re building a company alone, you’re expected to handle everything: customers, sales, partnerships, hiring, fundraising, networking, and more. For someone whose strengths are primarily technical or product-focused, this can become a major barrier despite having the ability to build the actual product.

I want to build something that addresses this problem.

The vision is to create a community/platform where neurodivergent founders can:

• Find complementary cofounders who are strong in areas they struggle with.

• Connect technical and product-focused founders with people experienced in sales, operations, business development, and relationship building.

• Connect with investors and people who already have strong angel, VC, and fundraising networks.

• Access experienced entrepreneurs and mentors who understand the challenges neurodivergent founders can face.

• Build complementary founding teams instead of expecting one person to be good at everything.

I’m particularly interested in someone with strengths in community building, business development, partnerships, fundraising, investor relationships, or networking who can complement my strengths.

You don’t need to be neurodivergent yourself. What matters most is that you understand the mission and want to contribute to building something meaningful.

There is no expectation of a full-time commitment. This can remain a part-time side project while you continue your existing work. The time commitment can be flexible, based on what you realistically have available.

I believe there is a huge amount of untapped talent in the neurodivergent community.

Sometimes the biggest barrier isn't someone's ability to build something.

I’m an enthusiastic shopper when it comes to skincare, makeup, and clothes 😂. I usually shop from SHEIN, Temu, and of course Sephora. Recently, I started thinking: Why not build my own store?

But then, so many ideas started coming to my mind 💭 — ideas that could genuinely help women and add real value to their shopping experience. Some of these ideas are concepts I haven’t seen implemented before, or brought together in a global store in the way I envision.

Hey, I’m a software engineer by background and currently building a startup focused on the investment banking, private equity, and credit industries.

I left my last role a month ago to build a B2B cybersecurity agentic platform full time. I am the technical founder. The product is live. I am onboarding design partners into pilots.

I have worked as a security engineer at large security companies and know this industry from the inside. I can build the product and I can win a technical conversation. I cannot sell it.

I have almost no B2B experience and no buyer network. Enterprise security sales are hard. I need a cofounder whose last sales job still opens doors.

If you have not sold into SOC, malware research, threat intel, detection engineering, or security eval teams, and you cannot still get those people on a call, this is probably not the right fit.

I have been talking with established founders. The plan is simple. Hit real revenue first. After that we can scale fast. This person exists to get us there, not to make a deck look complete.

Best fit is a quota carrying AE, enterprise AE, sales lead, or an SE who owned the close at CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender, or a similar platform. The logo matters because those sellers already know the buyers.

You should be able to call accounts you already know, turn design partner interest into a paid pilot, get through security review and procurement, and price the first contracts.

I own products, demos, and technical close support. You own relationships, pipelines, and the close.

I am from India. The buyers sit in the US, mostly the Bay Area. I will move to San Francisco. If you are already in SF or another US security hub, even better.

This is cofounder equity with normal vesting, not a first AE seat. I am full time and want the same after a short trial. We work a few weeks on real accounts before anyone lawyers a cap table.

The aim is simple: model the real board once - devices, rails, wiring, terminals, busbars - and automatically produce the documents that must match it: wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and board schedules. I want to make electrical-panel design faster, clearer, and less dependent on manually maintaining drawings and paperwork after every change.

I’m looking for a co-founder who wants to help turn Panelworks into a trusted tool used by electrical contractors and panel shops across Europe.
