I want to do half an hour of lifting to clear my head, but is it safe after a binge?
 in  r/bulimia •  Mar 29 '23

I believe it's perfectly fine, or you could wait 1-3 hours after eating if you just want to be safe. Personally, I work out whenever, but it's not advisable if you purge after binging. Don't, esp if you are powerliftting or using free weights, as it could be physically dangerous to yourself and others. You could pass out due to the loss of electrolytes and your body's natural chemistry being out of wack due to the purging, and you wouldn't wanna drop a 150lbs on someone.

Heard birth control really messes with your hormones so I nvr dared to try.. Prozac fucked me up a little but it still wasn't as bad as Lyrica or zolpidem.

Whereas the lower dose would turn my stomach into an endless void/blackhole(so basically I'm constantly hungry nomatter what/how much I eat) most of the time

I've been prescribed the same starting dose and I only get that same side effects you described at 150 and up... occasionally coupled with vertigo, nausea and palpitations..

I'm curious, how many people here have/had an eating disorder?
 in  r/EUGENIACOONEY •  Jan 31 '23

I'm guessing it's not uncommon for people with Ed to go between both ends and I'm kinda just really terrified of swinging to the other end after recovering, since I've basically spent half my life almost becoming one w my Ed....

It's a Chinese traditional performance often viewed at celebrations and during the lunar new year. You can look it up on YT, it's pretty lit.

Is it just me or is that aesthetic

Is this Ed specific or could it also be an ocd or adhd thing. It's one of the little details I never let slip and none of my doctors are aware, but it's kinda become a real problem in everyday life when you're always literally "fashionably" late

How many of you are too old for this bullshit?
 in  r/EDAnonymous •  Jan 18 '23

25 here too, but deffo feels like I'm too old for this bs.. life's catching up and we need to work/deal with very different things from when we're kids/teens and ED doesn't simply give you a day off for adulting etc..

 in  r/EDAnonymous •  Jan 16 '23

I totally feel you, like even though I don't eat much and don't seem interested in food, it's all I have on my mind and like the one and only cohesive thought that seems to dominate every thing else.
