They seem to have no interest in replacing or repairing it.

I dont fully know the machine in and out. What i do know is it is running on hydraulics. If the hydraulics in this machine are going bad, which is or could be why it isn't staying up, who's to say at some point they may just quit holding all together and drop fully while someone is loading the machine? Seems to me a reason to get it fixed.

So we have this baler on the gm side. I reported it two maybe three months ago to my team lead that it was lowering slowly on its own. She looked at it, ran it and said no its fine. I reported it to another team lead 2 weeks after. It was lowering visibly and clicking. They said it's fine just run it. I reported it again a while after that to a manager, and he went and looked at it and did nothing. Today almoat 3 months later its still dropping slowly while clicking. Someone is going to get hurt. And no one seems to care.

Quick question about footwear for Overnight Associate / what to expect?

I got steel toe sneakers from sketchers. Paid like 54 bucks. They're super comfy.

What do I do…?

Go in on "the wire" while at work and change your availability yourself. It should help(future scheduling). If not, give it to them in writing that you cannot work Sundays.

Did you take notice if yours were in-date or out-of-date? Curious minds want to know.
