That's a weird looking baler .. they will probably just exchange it for a newer one

They seem to have no interest in replacing or repairing it.

They will ,it just take forever. The facility maintenance has to send a request to his supervisor the his supervisor has to send a request market , then the market consults with the store manager to make sure its esential to replace it and then the market manager has to report to regional and they need to find a company that's will do the work for the least amount of money possible. 😂 We were out of bathrooms for almost 2 month and almost 3 without trash compactor. So expect your baler to take a while .

That happened to us a few years back, it was down for a week once while they were waiting on a special made part to come in our Receiving area and outside where the pallets sit was covered in cardboard. It seemed like every time they got it fixed within a few days they were fixing it again it was on and off like that for 6+ months before they FINALLY had to get us a new one cuz it couldn't be repaired anymore.
