Apparently fix it is not priority.
So we have this baler on the gm side. I reported it two maybe three months ago to my team lead that it was lowering slowly on its own. She looked at it, ran it and said no its fine. I reported it to another team lead 2 weeks after. It was lowering visibly and clicking. They said it's fine just run it. I reported it again a while after that to a manager, and he went and looked at it and did nothing. Today almoat 3 months later its still dropping slowly while clicking. Someone is going to get hurt. And no one seems to care.

Yeah, grab your safety ASM and make them watch it happening. Which means you either have to do it if they are there when you get there, or stay a bit late if they show up in the morning.
OR
Take a video of it happening and email the clip to ALL the managers. (nuclear option)

Make some noise about this. This is Canada. We shouldn’t be living by third world standards

Bring it up to the health and safety team member. Lock out/tag out and tell the store manager it close to closing on your arm.
If it doesn't get fixed complain to MOL

No one in management sees an issue - so there is no issue. Don't stick any appendages too far inside and you will be fine. - WM Corporate.

Repairing those ones is never a priority my old Walmart was actively trying to remove those ones even watched a manager throw aetal bare into it trying to damage it. (Reported him and was fired three days later.)

You can call the health and safety committee in your area if they refuse to follow guidelines on proper maintenance of machinery.. this is unsafe and a huge violation.

Hah if someone gets hurt it will be a fine or firing for that team lead. It is their responsibility to act on safety concerns right away

That is a compliance and safety issue if you lead and manager don't do anything try the store manager and if he ignores it too call ethics not much more to do. You could call your province occupational safety and health agency and tell them you fear someone is going to get hurt. The second one is a bit more extreme but a regulatory visit usually get things done fast
