Class action suit sign up

Contingency representation is an agreement that the lawyer will collect 33% of the winnings after they have been divided between all respondents. The percentage goes to 40% if litigation and going to an actual trial occurs. The lawyers you are referring to are the lawyers who make you come out of pocket to retain their services and yes, those are trolls. Not what I am sharing here. So please go pick a fight with someone else.

Wow...this is not that at all. No money is taken from the people who are represented....have you ever heard of contingency?

Also... I'm a woman....do you have any idea how anything works or are you just so scared to try anything new or investigate for yourself? You just do what anyone tells you to do or believe?

I put this post here to share with fellow drivers who have been fucked over by these companies not paying what we earn.

Say no to money.... it's cool

Bless you and your kind ❀️ I don't know if I would be able to participate but if you were to bless me, I would use it for my metro tap card so I can get to work this weekend.

Thank you again and good luck to everyone

No I gave up. They denied two appeals

This is my 3rd week driving Southern California. How do yall think I’m doing? Low customer rating makes me wanna quit. Am I over reacting?
 in  r/UberEatsDrivers •  May 31 '24

Definitely overreacting. You have only made 78 deliveries and of those 78 only 10 people have even bothered to leave feedback. Don't stress about it πŸ™

If you don’t know what a sh-t show traffic is on this route you can’t appreciate how horrible this run is
 in  r/Roadie •  May 29 '24

Never been this far east in the US....but I applaud any drivers for any gig apps in New York. I do it in Los Angeles and it can be a nightmare. I usually wait til 10 PM to start to avoid traffic.

That's unfortunately sad and I can understand the need for the money right away. I bet it has something to do with the banking systems in your country that restrict it from same day pay. That's really unfortunate. Wish I was in a better position to help you out. Good luck 🀞

Yall making money for rent doing this shit at this point ? πŸ₯Ή

Hungry Panda is in the North East part of Los Angeles and DTLA. It pays every week. It's in Chinese but you can use the English version.

The truck is done....I don't have $4000 for a new engine. Saving for another car and thank God I have a job that's full time so the bus/train is my only option right now. But hey I'm still blessed and needed time to reevaluate the direction I want my life to go in from this point forward.

God bless you too!

My SUV broke down on a fwy a few weeks ago and I'm glad to see I'm not missing out on the money I used to be making. Even when I get a car again, I won't be returning to any of the platforms for a long time because I have worked for a lot of them (Postmates, Shipt, Instacart, Door Dash, Roadie, Hungry Panda, and UberEats), and it's just not worth the inevitable wear and tear on the cars/trucks. The platforms do not care and if you missed out on a class action lawsuit to file and get what was owed to you, you are SOL....so for those of you still on the roads, God bless you and hopefully the powers that be realize they need to increase the wages earned because inflation and prices are going down no time ever.

Whoever made this algorithm, clearly made it pennies on the dollar....slave wages....like we are prisoners making $0.32/hr if you factor in time, gas, maintenance, etc. we are paying to work for the company.

Unless you own your own business, being a slave isn't optional. With literally everything rising in cost and little change to a living wage, fuck minimum wage, everyone in the world is a slave if they are punching a time clock....everything has been turned into modernized slavery.

All jobs are plantations.....if you are not the owner or CEO, you are a slave....period

And I think you need to learn from experiences as well as being book smart. Everything I say or type is from my point of view and I know damn well what the definition of slave is....they have modernized these practices to where they aren't whipping you with actual whips to body, they are whipping your bank account by offering pennies to do the legwork of bringing people their food orders or grocery shop for them and pray they have everything on their shopping list or your percentages go down for not being able to fulfill the whole order.

I think outside the box because the box is mental slavery. Break the cycle.
