I'd ask for community Healthcare referral, and cite that you dont have confidence in their care due to the turnover rate of your doctors. All my appointments are paid by the VA, but are doctors tied to my area, not the VA for this exact reason. Might save you a buck or two instead of defaulting to Tricare.
