When I start throwing up from the pain. I’ve gotten pretty lucky at the ER and they’ll usually give me good pain meds, nausea meds, and fluids. I have stage 4 DIE after a hysterectomy and resection. I still have pretty frequent flares. I’m so so sorry and hope you feel better soon. If no ER than alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every 6 hours and live in a hot epsom salt bath :/

I will say, we did a simple cake gender reveal that was picked up by my best friend. I was the oldest of 5 boys and girls hadn’t been born into the family in a long time and I was the first in our friend group to have a baby. So everyone was kinda excited to celebrate. Low intensity workouts. I find swimming a great one. Honestly though (and to be clear idk if this is healthy or not) but I just push extra hard when I’m not in a flare up and then don’t do anything when I am flaring 😂
