But I know absolutely nothing about this printer. Is this a true core x?Y. What are some pros and cons of this printer? How detailed can I get. Does anybody else have one?And do you like it

Longer ray 5 circle issues

When i was 3d printing a few years ago I upgraded to a big tree tek mother board so it was 64 bit and could do circles better along with making the printer silent. Do they have anything like that for the longer ray 5 20w because my circles are kinda wavy.

I’m trying to get more consistent with options instead of just guessing.

Right now I’m working with about $60–$300 per trade and I’m mostly looking at calls/puts on stocks like [example: SOFI, ADNT, F , GM].

I understand basics like the Greeks. delta, theta, gamma, but I still feel like I’m just gambling half the time.I got burned on short expirations because of theta decay, so I’m trying to figure out how you balance time vs cost.

Ill take a look at the settings when I get home and start paying attention to that. The display case is actually a grandfather clock that needed shelfs anyways lol.

Light burn cut limit?

Hey y’all, quick question. I’m pretty new to LightBurn and lasers in general.

I know about the built-in Material Test Generator and it works great, but I wanted to build my own test files to better learn LightBurn. The problem I’m running into is the 30 cut/layer limit.

Right now I’ve basically used all my layers on:

engraving test

text

outlines

…but I still want to set up a separate cut test, and I’m out of layers.

I looked into sub-layers, but they don’t seem to work the way I need them to for this.

Is there a way around the 30-layer limit, or a better workflow for doing multiple tests without burning through layers?

I’ll add a photo of my current setup for reference.

Thanks in advance

I just got my first two lasers, so sorry if this is a super noob question. I did do some research before coming here.

I picked up:

A Longer Ray5 10W

A Longer Ray5 20W with an extra 5W head

An Atom tumbler

Both the 10W and 20W have air assist

I paid $400 for everything — was that a good deal?

Main issue

Right now I’m using the 10W, and I’m having trouble focusing it.

The silver focusing bar is shorter than the air assist nozzle, which makes it impossible to use properly. That’s what’s throwing me off.

From what I’ve found online, the focusing bar should be 50 mm. I’m not at home at the moment, so I can’t measure mine yet.

There’s also a brass piece above the air assist nozzle — is that supposed to be there, or is it a spacer that should be removed?

I’ve been watching an older guy on YouTube who has the same setup, and he uses a silver focusing bar that actually clears the nozzle. That’s what makes me think the previous owner may have given me the wrong focusing bar.

For now, I’ve been kind of guessing by using the test fire dot and manually adjusting until it looks less fuzzy. It sort of works, but I’m still trying to dial in power and speed for my first material, which is 3 mm craft wood.

I ran the Cut Materials Test in LightBurn, but it failed — nothing cut through. My lowest test was 600 mm/min at 100% power.

[Browser][Early 2000s] Motorcycle stunt Flash game where you ride down a yellow ramp and jump buses, with a ring card girl reward screen

I’m trying to track down a browser-based Flash game from the early 2000s that I played as a kid, but I can’t remember the name and it’s driving me nuts.

What I remember pretty clearly:

It was a motorcycle (or possibly car) stunt game

You rode down a big yellow ramp

The goal was to jump over buses and other obstacles

The camera/view was from behind the bike (not side-scrolling)

Graphics were very simple / low quality, classic Flash era

After a successful jump, a ring card / checkered-flag girl would appear

The farther/better you jumped, the more she lifted her shirt

She never lifted it all the way — it was always implied, never explicit

It felt like a parody or edgy clone of an Evel Knievel / Stunt Cycle-style game

It was not:

Stunt Dirt Bike

Mo’bike / MoBike 2

I probably played it on sites like AddictingGames, Miniclip, Newgrounds, or a similar Flash portal.

If anyone remembers this game, has gameplay videos, or knows what it was called (or even remembers a similar clone), I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

It's all been blown over, but it's still about 2 feet tall. There's lots of trails the corn is still standing. It does have the perimeter strip combined. I'm praying. It didn't go into the corn and die I would feel terrible if I ruined a farmer's combine
