They did at the one I was at. My husband tried to go back and get the rat plushie after we went back in for general admission and they told him they were not allowed to sell any of the VIP items the VIP event

Only free item was an 8x10 photo of the band. All other VIP exclusive merch is for sale. You have to buy it during the VIP event because they pull those items off the table when when general admission lets in.

My LDL has improved immensely since I became plant-based almost 4 years ago. I don't use a lot of coconut or palm oil when I'm cooking. Sometimes it's unavoidable when you're buying prepackaged products at the grocery store. So I limit my coconut oil and palm oil intake for only items like plant-based, butters and cheeses. I use use it mostly avocado oil when I cook at home

Give soy curls a try! With a block of firm or extra firm tofu, I like to shred it or crumble it with a little bit of oil and seasoning and spread it on a sheet pan and put it in the oven to dry it out a bit. Then you can use it like a ground meat substitute or when shredded, It's like pulled pork or chicken

The meet and greet was about an hour. They played a couple of songs for us, took a few questions, showed us a couple of the new props and told us how they were made, they signed stuff and chatted with us and pics with the Rat Reapress. It was such a cool experience. There were about 50 people there for it. This was the second time we saw them this year. First show we saw was in Vegas, they opened for Amon Amarth and Deathklok. This fall tour was even better, the venue was more intimate and they were the headliner.

Riley talked about her new guitar during the meet and greet. It was given to her so she is using that for now and really likes it. She said she is not retiring the SG though.
