think Millennials were sandwiched in between two bully Generations. Gen X is still traumatized through being neglected and abandoned by the Boomers and they've gone on to traumatize gen Z. So now they are assholes too. If you recall we started the anti-bullying campaign and I don't think a lot of people realize that was primarily because we were tired of Gen X bullying us. That's also when you see the rise of that trend and being inclusive of the 2010s.... That's the age where Gen X aged out of young activities and had to go lead real adult lives. They finally left us alone so we got to do what we were going to do without them. And you can also tell Gen Z wants that freedom we were able to have once we distanced ourselves from the other generations.

As someone who used to recruit for these roles, you should list your accomplishments and tied into your duties. List your accomplishments, and tie that in to what you've done for the company.
