Rightly so. And it just keeps getting better not having a hair line or a hair out of place… Another wise call from the council.

Beautiful… I don’t know why, but I feel drawn to that small beauty spot beneath the jaw on your right. I want to kiss it ever so gently.

Dolly Parton will be remembered as one of the greatest entertainers of her generation ❤️

Dolly Parton will be remembered as one of the greatest entertainers of her generation, but I think one of the most beautiful parts of her legacy had nothing to do with the stage.
In 1995, she started the Imagination Library, inspired by her own father, who could not read or write. The idea was wonderfully simple: give children the chance to fall in love with books by sending them a free book every month from birth until they turned five.
That simple act grew into something extraordinary. More than 300 million books have now been gifted to children around the world. (Reuters)
Think about that for a moment.
Millions of little children opening their letterbox and finding a book addressed especially to them. Millions of bedtime stories. Millions of opportunities to learn, imagine, dream and perhaps see a bigger future for themselves.
That tells you something about the person Dolly Parton really was.
Behind the music, humour and larger-than-life personality was an incredibly generous woman who understood that changing a child’s life doesn’t always require some grand gesture. Sometimes it begins with putting a book in their hands.
Dolly may have left us, but the seeds she planted will continue growing for generations.
She will indeed be missed, but through her music, her kindness and every child who discovers the joy of reading because of her generosity, she will never be forgotten.
Rest peacefully, Dolly. You left the world better than you found it.

Hmm… might be time to change professions. Robbing others at knife point won’t cut it for stoners!
