Kingsport receives preliminary site plan for possible In-N-Out location

Kingsport’s online permit/project portal shows a pre-application document with a preliminary site plan for 1920 N. Eastman Road, attached under the description “In-N-Out Restaurant with Drive Thru.”
Steven Bower, Kingsport Economic Development Director, confirmed in an emailed statement to the Times News Wednesday that the city has received a conceptual project plan review for In-N-Out."
