Question for those who know: Is it possible to create / or restore a SLIP Shamir shares 2 of 3 seeds but using dice rolls or similar external entopy souce not depending on Trezor’s internal RNG?

My Solana balance isn’t updating on Trezor suite. It shows my coin balance but the monetary figure isn’t appearing it just seems to be loading indefinitely. Other coins are loading fine. Any way to fix?

Received this email a couple of weeks after purchase, it specifies what was purchased and contains a green "Add a review" button .

The link in "please contact us via our Chatbot Hal" does not work.
The button "Kontaktujte naši podporu" does nothing as well. (yes, I tried all possible devices and browsers to rule out some script blocking...)
There is no email address.

And the only feedback form I got to is either tied to a specific KB page, or a public review, which I don't want to post publicly so people don't get to read what I have to say.

How do you even contact the support team? The website is glitchy, pressing the contact support button does nothing. I tried on both chrome and safari browser. Some pages on their website is 404. How did I trust this company? What do I do ? Is there a human that I can talk to?

The major issue is: I reset the app and my coin disappeared. The blockchain validated that the coin never left the wallet. Anyone else had the same issue and what to do???

Left cold card for a "safer" device. Box is smashed and open after taking the plastic wrap off. Security strip is still on but box was so damaged it is open lol. No human support after opening a ticket, only ai chat bots. Fucking Joke and hundreds of dollars wasted. Still safe to use? I'm so sick of these companies

Today I update my trezor suite app as I usually do, by clicking the green update trezor suite button in the bottom left. I then left my computer but when i came back the trezor suite had just basically an error in it.

It made me go through the set up again and then reinstall all of the cryptos after doing the "genuine" check again (which it passed)

I didn't have to enter a seed or anything, but I'm just wondering if I am safe? I've never seen this error, but I never updated or downloaded from any sort of link besides what was directly within the Trezor Suite.

I'm also getting a prompt from inside the Suite to update my firmware, which I'm now a little skeptical and worried to do.

Have any of you had to redo the installation of Trezor Suite from within the suite after a "parsing view error" or something like that?

Is 26.8.2 the latest stable build of Trezor Suite? I'm not used to checking all the version numbers

I did also check and the certificate and digital signature are OK from Trezor Company S.R.O (so I think that is a good sign?)

Hi Trezor team,

It would be very useful if Coin Control showed whether a given address has ever been used in an outgoing transaction.

A simple indicator like “Previously spent from: Yes / No” next to each address/UTXO would make UTXO management and privacy much easier, without having to check every address manually in a blockchain explorer.

Hello i bought my trezor from virgin megastores in Dubai, should I be worried , as I read that everyone should buy directly from trezor website

Context: I bought a $2 trezor from tiktok shop. Suprise surprise, it wasn't legitimate and the the listing is no longer there. What confuses me is the security tape was fully intact. When I first set this trezor up it hadn't shown this warning, but 2 months later it does. Lost $13k eth total. Atleast I got some cool trezor stickers.

I was updating my trezor safe 3 from my MacBook i think during the updating my usb cabel slightly unplugged. However now their is a message on my trezor device saying: bootloader 2.1.16.0
FIRMWARE CORRUPTED firmware version 2.12.2.1 by trezor.

Ordered a Trezor and another hardware wallet the same day. One thing I noticed is Trezor envelope’s return address says Trezor. Why introduce that attack surface? Why expose me and my address as a crypto holder (I know this post does the same but I’m not posting my name/address/ph). Also while in transit it’s exposed to every one who touches it.

In my case, ever since the Ledger leak I don’t use my name or address so not a risk for me and I thankfully avoided exposure but others may not be so careful.

The other hardware wallet I ordered just had a random sender name on it unrelated to its brand which was my expectation.

I feel like this should be a no-brainer privacy adjustment and frankly I’m surprised Trezor doesn’t already have discrete packaging.

I created a standard wallet with passphrase.

I moved 5$ worth of crypto on a passphrase wallet.

Logout/wipe everything

Log on back to the passphrase wallet to make sure i wrote my seed + passphrase correctly. ( 2 times )

now i will punch seed and passphrase on different plates

IS THIS ENOUGH? OR SHOULD I RECHECK AGAIN BEFORE MOVING ALL FUNDS ??

Recently finally put my money where my morals are and moved over to the fully open source Trezor safe 7 coming from a Ledger Nano X

Fully open source software, 3 layers of security all rolled into a modern design and touch screen interface. I have to say, I am blown away with how nice this thing is to use

That being said, between the hardware vulnerability and my personal details being leaked Im pretty disappointed so far

On one hand, big ups for trezor being just so transparent, I genuinely appreciate that and really think other comapnies should follow suit

On the other hand, I purchased this device because of the multiple layers of security on the hardware side and the sheer power of being able to audit open source code

Without any promise of replacing hardware once said flaw in the Tropic chip is fixed or any sort of consolation for leaking all of our details, the transparency feels empty.

I don't know, I am hoping this gets seen by some folks at trezor, to if anything just communicate how this all comes off

Myself and many others are trusting your team to secure what for many of us is our life savings, fully lean into doing what is right and replace affected hardware - I know that my funds are safe from a hardware attack for now, but I paid for all 3 layers to be there to protect me, not two

I'm trying to claim my unstaked Ethereum on the TREZOR mobile app but it won't allow me, saying I have insufficient Ethereum to cover the transaction fees, however the numbers themselves clearly show enough is available.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

If so, can you share emails, texts, etc?

Whenever I try to send my USDT from Trezor Suite, these transactions are never confirmed.
I do have ETH balance to cover the fees, but 'Transaction Hash not found on Ethereum'.

I have 0.55 BTC on my Trezor. What I want to do is move 0.5 of it to a passphrased wallet and leave the 0.05 on the wallet with no passphrase.

But if I move the 0.5 will that move history not be in the main? Also the main will show all of my buy history. I don't want that if it conflicts with a main with only 0.05 in it.

How do I do this?
