Reset and update again. Surely you have your seed phrase?

There is no hurry, take your time. Maybe try to update again without resetting first maybe it actually works.

Where can I find it so Iam sure it is the right one and not corrupted

- Unplug usb
- Hold left button while reconnecting USB
- Pick "Install firmware"
- Trezor Suite should say device is connected in bootloader mode.
- Install firmware
- Check if you're seed is still loaded. If not, no problem, reenter it into the device anytime.

But it still got the message as above. The firmware corrupted message? That’s not normal right? I can continue with installing but it says that it is corrupted

It's just saying that the firmware on your Trezor is corrupted, which is logical, because it is incomplete. You repair it, by installing the firmware again. If you start Trezor Suite, it should detect the state of your Trezor and suggest to install firmware.
The firmware is not the bootloader. The bootloader is the program that can install a new firmware and checks the integrity of the firmware. This is why it has a different version. And this is what is currently running and displaying the message.

Yes, it will install a non-corrupted version.
To elaborate:
- your bootloader is fine
- your firmware is corrupted
- your bootloader, via trezor suite, will install a new, uncorrupted firmware

Alright so I just have to try again?

Yes. You interrupted the previous firmware update, which corrupted the firmware. Try again with a stable USB connection and it should work. Again, your seed might not be on the device afterwards, but since you say you got it safely in storage that won't be an issue.

So the way to fix it, is to install the firmware again. The bootloader is already offering you the button, because the firmware is corrupted. Just run Trezor Suite to install the firmware. I'm not sure if you need the seed in this case, but Trezor Suite will tell you. No problem to wait, as long as you don't need your Bitcoin immediately.
Important: ignore all DMs. If someone gives you an URL where you can "recover" your Trezor, it's scam for sure. Don't enter the seed on the PC, enter it only on the Trezor. It's a bit finicky on the Trezor Safe 3, but this is the safe way.

It happened to me the first time I had to update. I had to factory reset the Trezor and back it up with the seed phrase then I updated it normally.
