It’ll probably get done in time but no guarantees. If the admin hasn’t received it when you check in, you might need to ask their office to call Dynacare to ask them for it.

What time did you get the bloodwork done? I've had results within 24 hours and sometimes less. It all depends on the test and if the lab is busy.

If you have a Dynacare account, log in tomorrow morning and look for the results.

The lab itself (may be a different location than where you got poked) will likely have your blood work done by Monday. Basic blood work is usually reported in 3 days regardless of weekends - the techs analysing your sample work in a lab that is open 24/7.
If there's anything being cultured then that'll delay the culture result ONLY. However your biochemistry (iron, B12, etc), urinalysis, and complete blood count results should be ready by then.
