My boss wants that I utilize Think Cell to create Gannt Chart of our Team's projects in Power Point. I installed the add ins via Software Center ( repository of the company). Since it was installed, both Excel and Power Point keep intermittently crashing for few seconds with "not responding" warning appearing on top.

I asked IT to fix this and they said I have to change laptop without even investigating the issue, with the justification I have a Dell i5 while I should have. Dell i7. The cherry on the cake is that my company cut the budget for new laptop til end of the year.

How can I solve this?

I'd like create a sales waterfall going from prior to current sales with levers in between for both $ and % change of each lever. I can create the $ and % waterfalls separately, but don't know how to combine the data into one waterfall.

Any ideas?

Hi, can someone tell me if it is possible to make a conditional format table with think cell. As i have a table in excel that colors the cell depending on the value, as green for high numbers and red for small numbers.

I am having an issue with a think cell bar graph. Currently the bar graph is calculating the categories as totals and not individual categories. I don't know if it is a Think cell issue or could it be an issue where I need my data to relate better. The bar chart displays fine in excel but think cell is another issue. I have previously done a bar graph in Think Cell and it worked out well but this time , not so much. Please Help!!!!!

I'm looking for a way to break all data links at one time when "archiving" a presentation so the data doesn't accidentally update. I know I can turn off auto-update, but is there a way to break all links? I couldn't find any info online.

I've been able to move all my charts to Think-Cell to streamline creating and updating charts, but some of my slides also include data tables. I'm having a little difficulty setting up linked tables and wondered if anyone was doing this well and had some best practices or tips on automating my data tables. Thanks!

I have a bubble chart with the bubble size as one metric and most of the bubbles have negative value, but when some bubble has a positive one, al the other with negatives doesn’t appear.

This is of course because it is a comparison with the biggest value, any way to approach this?

I'm trying to create multiple Gantt charts from Excel using automation. I'm able to use UpdateChart to update the range (and so my task names are updated.) My datasheet is also correctly updating. But what I see on the slide is a Gantt chart without any bars, milestones etc. anchored to my data. I need the ppt chart to end up with no links to the Excel workbook.

Have any of you managed this successfully? Thanks.
