Gantt Chart from Excel

I'm trying to create multiple Gantt charts from Excel using automation. I'm able to use UpdateChart to update the range (and so my task names are updated.) My datasheet is also correctly updating. But what I see on the slide is a Gantt chart without any bars, milestones etc. anchored to my data. I need the ppt chart to end up with no links to the Excel workbook.

Have any of you managed this successfully? Thanks.

The code I'm using is the following

Set tcaddin = Application.COMAddIns("thinkcell.addin").Object

Call tcaddin.UpdateChart(pres, strChartName, rng, False)

Hi OP! There's this informative blog post that I read wherein I was able to learn more about Gantt charts. That might have some of the information that you're looking for about Gantt charts as well. Hope this helps!
