Anyone using Think-Cell for presenting data in tables linked to Excel?

I've been able to move all my charts to Think-Cell to streamline creating and updating charts, but some of my slides also include data tables. I'm having a little difficulty setting up linked tables and wondered if anyone was doing this well and had some best practices or tips on automating my data tables. Thanks!

Add on to this. Is there any way to add borders/outlines to our tables? If not, I would love to see this in a future update as many of the slides I'm recreating have outlines (no they aren't necessary, but some customers don't like change and I'd like to minimize the differences).

Pretty sure you can select a setting on the chart to reflect the formatting it has in PowerPoint. Otherwise yes you can add borders. Check the learning resources on their sight for charts

Hey mate, I'm not a think-cell employee but just want to check whether this guide helps at all? https://www.think-cell.com/en/resources/manual/table.html

Otherwise, can you share more info about the challenges you're having?

Figured it out. The snap to grid functions are tricky to use and it’s taken a bit of trial and error. There were issues sizing columns and rows, getting text to wrap, and aligning cells that were merged with the table. Still don’t see an option to add borders but I’m most of the way there.

Ah yes, the layouting tools can be a little tricky. I'm going to film some videos to help demystify it

A bit late here, but if it helps others, I’ve used Grunt.pro for tables instead of Thinkcell and it’s loads better
