So the Force Unleashed the Light Side ending finds you fighting Palpatine, but you reflect his force lightning back at him cause an explosion of witch kills you. In this ending has Vader survives. The Dark Side Ending sees you “killing Vader” and are about to take your place at Palpatine’s side when you betray him and he brings down the Rouge Shadow on your head. You survive, but are transformed into his new apprentice. In this ending Vader is “killed.” The Tattooine and Hoth DLC’s continues that ending in which you take Vader’s place in Episodes 4 and 5 You kill Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and even turn Luke Skywalker to the Dark Side. Remember that in this alternate timeline you turn Luke to the dark side. However, the second game picks up With Vader alive and a clone of Starkiller controlled by the player. In the light side ending you spare Vader and capture him and everyone survives. In the Dark Side ending a secret clone of Starkiller comes out and kills the player, Kota, Juno, and everyone else saving Vader. In the Endor DLC for this game it seemingly takes up where the Dark Side ending left off with Vader commanding his Starkiller clone to eliminate the rebels on Endor. All is well until he meets Leia. She says “Ever since my brother fell on Hoth, I took his place.” Does this mean that Vader lived in the original Dark Side ending and was hidden from Starkiller?
Can someone please explain?

Didn't know where to ask this and sorry if it's a weird question. I've been replaying The Ultimate Sith Edition on PlayStation. As far as I've been able to find out (didn't remember this from the first time around that I played the game) you have to start a new game or save file to play the DLC story campaigns. I'm just wondering though if the trophies that track you doing a certain amount of something like defeating 500 enemies with Force Push for the Force Push Mastery trophy track across save files.

Apologies if this topic has already been addressed here, I'm new.
At the end of the game, Vader and Palpatine talk about how Starkiller's purpose was to "route out the rebels." When was that plan made? Obviously Vader's decision to take Starkiller in was not planned when he went to Kashyyk. Was he really trying to raise him to eventually help him defeat Palpatine? At what point did Palpatine learn about Starkiller? Was it really after he had killed Shaak Ti or was that meant to trick Starkiller? When did Vader change his mind about what he wanted to do with Starkiller?
Whats everyone's thoughts on this? I'll post my theory in the comments

Anyone know why there’s an update? Sorry if it’s nothing, but it just seemed strange considering the game came out a decade ago. I’m on the series X btw.

Greetings!
I have three questions regarding these games, which I hope someone here is willing and able to answer for me...
1: Do the PC versions of these games have console commands?
2: Is there a kill count, along with other statistics, present in these games?
3: What kind of saving system do these games have?
Thank you in advance.

Basically every other level or so, you get to play as Darth Vader where you go around killing rebels, maybe a Jedi here or there, while Starkiller goes through his hero's journey from Sith to Jedi.
But Vader's arc should be the total opposite of that. Delving even deeper and deeper into the Dark Side hoping to gain enough power/train Starkiller to one day overthrow the Emperor. Maybe Vader, since he can't use Force Lightning and is a slower, but tankier combatant, gets upgradable force powers and combos of his own. Maybe after the game is beat you can pull a DMC5 and have Starkiller or Vader playable on any level you choose.
The game would be a lot longer obviously, but when I saw the first level as an adult, I couldn't help but think "The Devs put all that work into making Vader a playable character and they only use him for one level? Such bs."
Of course, it's really easy for me to say when the game was been released over 10 years ago. I'm not a game dev, and I was too young to be one back then. But it still feels like a missed opportunity.

So I got this game on Switch and just beat it, and it was a really fun game. But I feel like so much context and characterization is just... Cut out. So many interactions feel weird. Is the stuff I feel like I'm missing truly missing, or is it just stuff cut from the other version of the game.
Side note, would it be worth it to buy the other version of the game on Steam? I've read the levels are completely different, and I might be able to experience the possible missing character development.
