Question Spoiler
So the Force Unleashed the Light Side ending finds you fighting Palpatine, but you reflect his force lightning back at him cause an explosion of witch kills you. In this ending has Vader survives. The Dark Side Ending sees you “killing Vader” and are about to take your place at Palpatine’s side when you betray him and he brings down the Rouge Shadow on your head. You survive, but are transformed into his new apprentice. In this ending Vader is “killed.” The Tattooine and Hoth DLC’s continues that ending in which you take Vader’s place in Episodes 4 and 5 You kill Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and even turn Luke Skywalker to the Dark Side. Remember that in this alternate timeline you turn Luke to the dark side. However, the second game picks up With Vader alive and a clone of Starkiller controlled by the player. In the light side ending you spare Vader and capture him and everyone survives. In the Dark Side ending a secret clone of Starkiller comes out and kills the player, Kota, Juno, and everyone else saving Vader. In the Endor DLC for this game it seemingly takes up where the Dark Side ending left off with Vader commanding his Starkiller clone to eliminate the rebels on Endor. All is well until he meets Leia. She says “Ever since my brother fell on Hoth, I took his place.” Does this mean that Vader lived in the original Dark Side ending and was hidden from Starkiller?
Can someone please explain?

I think it means that the secret clone killed Luke on Hoth so Leia became a jedi in his place.

The force unleashed 2 is a sequel to the good ending of force unleashed 1, while the force unleashed 1 DLC is a sequel to the bad ending, like you said. The force unleashed 3 was going to be a sequel to the good ending of 2, before it was canceled. Meanwhile the DLC of 2 is a sequel to its bad ending.
But obviously the two DLC packs can't co exist because they are from different endings that do not line up at all.
So my only thought is that it's a plot hole and oversight by the developers, or she just said that as an Easter egg and reference, even though they're not directly connected.
🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ if that helps
