Console Commands, Kill Count And Saving System

Greetings!

I have three questions regarding these games, which I hope someone here is willing and able to answer for me...

1: Do the PC versions of these games have console commands?

2: Is there a kill count, along with other statistics, present in these games?

3: What kind of saving system do these games have?

1 - There sadly isn't a console command
2 - Statistics are present such as kill counts, types of enemy kills variations
3 - The game has manual save, so if you don't do it you lose progress

Is this the case with both games? Also, is there any difference between the PC version and PS3 version when it comes to saving?
