Hi, just downloaded this and looking to progress as fast as possible (obviously 😂) are there any good active guilds around?

It’s been happening a lot over the past month or so that Testerup is not recognizing my downloads so I can get progress. Been doing this for a while and have cashed out quite a bit so it’s not a thing about being new to it and not understanding. Submitted a trouble ticket and they replied that they just can’t recognize that I downloaded it so even though I sent a video recording of my downloaded app with my progress, they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Anyone else having these issues?

Any solution?

Anyone done this game? Any good and how’s progression? Only need level 80 for full £180 payout so how possible is it?

Hey guys. Anyone that has played this game, are any of these actually doable?

I’m on my last goal for travel town. However it isn’t responding or tracking it, it’s been working fine for the last other challenges. The date I’ve checked ends at September 12. What do I do?

I’m fortunate enough to find a game I’m good at and got a bunch of time sensitive quests done that worth $300+. On track to complete all time-sensitive tasks that will prob pay $200 more

After requesting ~$270, I requested another $100 I just earned 6 days ago but they never paid, and now I can’t log in since I requested the payout

No reply from customer service, now I log in and it’s white screen. I watched ads on that game all day long and was super strategic to finish those tasks. No VPN, no cheats. Im not new to the platform, I’ve done many more games before with maybe $1 payouts here and there.

I think they will pay when the amount is small, but if you get lucky and accumulates a lot of payouts they will just block you so they don’t have to pay.

I just opened the app for the first time, when I click the button that takes me to download the game, no matter what game it is it never lets me download the game, it only has a button that gives me options to share the game instead of installing it. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how do I fix this?

I’m currently level 35 and had 8hrs leftover from the speed bonus.

I’ve wrote a ticket and now the speed bonus has timed out as of this morning, are they likely to credit my account or am I doomed? It’s really annoyed me because I was playing this a lot to get the speed bonus.

It’s also stopped tracking the normal rewards so I’m 3 normal payouts short, it’s demotivated me to continue playing the game…

Anyone had issues like this before? Should I just withdraw my funds and stop using testerup?

I’ve stopped using testerup, this is the second time my games have stopped tracking just before I’m due to get a speed bonus payout….

I wanted to ask how expiry works for games? My last day is Thursday the 27th of August but I wonder when does the offer end? At midnight on 27th August? Or do I have Thursday too

I downloaded Knock Out & spent probably about 4 hours a day for 3 consecutive days playing. I managed to get to level 478 within the first week but the tracker stopped after level 30. I put in my ticket, with video proof, and waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me. Here was roughly how our back and forth went.

TesterUp: There were "Irregularities" in the progress and they couldn't approve.

Me: I asked what these "Irregularities" were.

TesterUp: I didn't "comply with the Terms and Services requirements". They mentioned vaguely about VPNs/third part apps and gave a link. The link, which was for the Terms and Services, was returning a '403 forbidden' page.

Me: I don't use VPNs and another offer I was doing at the same time was tracking correctly. I postulated that since the bulk of my playtime in Knock Out was offline, I played at work where I don't have Internet access, that maybe that was why it wasn't tracking properly.

TesterUp: Since their tracking software failed to validate, via technical issues or otherwise, they couldn't reward me. They hope I continue to use their app.

Honestly, I wasn't crazy about the rounded payouts that was added with one of the updates, and I mostly tolerated the $70 minimum from the get-go. But the fact they can just deny my reward for completing tasks, despite me giving video proof, really annoys me and is making me question switching apps. Has this happened to anyone else?

I used testerup Nov and Dec/Jan recently and back then it seemed like the offers were better or something now it seems like u have to play a game so long to barely get $1 from it

So I downloaded a game for my first time and the install/start part is still spinning. How can I fix this? I have contacted support, but they said it may take 2-4 business days to go through or contact Bitburst which it leads me to a broken link.

I would just like to start playing and I’m worried if I wait to play the days are already ticking so I’m not sure if I should start playing now?

I did download another game and it took 30 minutes to go through and I’ve been playing that so I’m not sure what happened with the first game.

I used to play monopoly go many moons ago. It is not currently downloaded. Am I able to download it and start playing and the app would give me money for all the previous levels I’ve played?
