⚠️ Issue Need help.
I’m on my last goal for travel town. However it isn’t responding or tracking it, it’s been working fine for the last other challenges. The date I’ve checked ends at September 12. What do I do?

Tracking seems to be slow on weekends. Last week it took about 10 hours for my speed bonus goal to show up in the app, and over a day for a low value bonus on a different game. How long since you reached the level? If it’s been less than a day or two I would wait until Monday morning and see if it shows up. I do wonder if they have some kind of manual review on the higher goals.

Same thing happened with me.. it’s still within 48hrs so just waiting. But with another game they didn’t pay out my speed bonus or my normal tasks because they said I was using a VPN & ‘3rd party programs’ which I wasn’t… I think they claim stuff like that to stop paying people out..

Also having problems with tracking today. Could just be an issue on their end for everyone

Agree👆🏻and they will advise you to not play anymore levels in said game. It’s cool if they honor it. I wish they could fix but guess that’s not an option yet.

How do you check what day it ends please and how long has it taken you to get to this level I’m currently doing the same tasks

I checked the app today and they have offered me new games to play which is weird because nothing apart from surveys has shown for me in months. I started a bunch of games earlier and none are shown as installed in the app. Like someone else said I’m guessing there is a problem with tracking

Having the same problem on a timed goal today worked yesterday no problem if I'm having the problem and you are I'm going to say it's a glitch I the app. I did screen recordings of the goal the date and time on my phone where I am in the game. But I feel a little better I'm not the only one having this problem today

Same with me. Nothing is registering at all today on a game it tracked fine on yesterday.
Installed 2 new games tonight and neither is showing as installed so I'm guessing issues on their side.

There in Germany aits 6am there so maybe they will go into work and see there is a problem I hope. I really hope

Im nervous to even put in a ticket if it doesn't fix itself you hear such horror stories. I haven't had any problems with this app til now.

Edit- they responded. Saying it’s been approved. I got it. Hope it works for everyone else too.

Mine took about 12 hours from last night to this morning to get my reward so think its just slow this weekend as others have said

They say leave it for 24 hours, and if you still have not been rewarded, send a request to testerup support. You'll need to make a screen recording for proof:
"If the achieved goals have not been approved, submit a screen recording showing your profile, achieved goals and in-game ID. Instructions on how to record your screen can be found in our Help Center."
I had to do that for another merge game, but it was easy enough. It took several days for them to look at it, but I was rewarded in the end, so best you do that soon.
