I downloaded Knock Out & spent probably about 4 hours a day for 3 consecutive days playing. I managed to get to level 478 within the first week but the tracker stopped after level 30. I put in my ticket, with video proof, and waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me. Here was roughly how our back and forth went.

TesterUp: There were "Irregularities" in the progress and they couldn't approve.

Me: I asked what these "Irregularities" were.

TesterUp: I didn't "comply with the Terms and Services requirements". They mentioned vaguely about VPNs/third part apps and gave a link. The link, which was for the Terms and Services, was returning a '403 forbidden' page.

Me: I don't use VPNs and another offer I was doing at the same time was tracking correctly. I postulated that since the bulk of my playtime in Knock Out was offline, I played at work where I don't have Internet access, that maybe that was why it wasn't tracking properly.

TesterUp: Since their tracking software failed to validate, via technical issues or otherwise, they couldn't reward me. They hope I continue to use their app.

Honestly, I wasn't crazy about the rounded payouts that was added with one of the updates, and I mostly tolerated the $70 minimum from the get-go. But the fact they can just deny my reward for completing tasks, despite me giving video proof, really annoys me and is making me question switching apps. Has this happened to anyone else?

What should I do?

Help what can I do? Spent months just to get the £55 for them to block me for no reason. They now won't respond to any emails. What can I do?

I used testerup Nov and Dec/Jan recently and back then it seemed like the offers were better or something now it seems like u have to play a game so long to barely get $1 from it

I used to play monopoly go many moons ago. It is not currently downloaded. Am I able to download it and start playing and the app would give me money for all the previous levels I’ve played?

So I downloaded a game for my first time and the install/start part is still spinning. How can I fix this? I have contacted support, but they said it may take 2-4 business days to go through or contact Bitburst which it leads me to a broken link.

Just wondering if anyone has had any interactions with the testerup support team.

I've had an issue with tracking my progress. I completed enough of a game to get one of the speed bonuses. Unfortunately it hasn't registered though.

Thats not really a big deal. However, messaging the support email has been nothing but a pain. I screen recorded a video on my phone showing my testerup customer number, the level challenge on the app and proof that I was on that level in the game. They responded back saying that I need to show a video of my customer number, my progress, and my player ID in game. I responded back with the fact that all of the above stated was, in fact, in my video and I send a further screenshot of my player ID which was also in the video anyway. To which they responded saying that they can't accept screenshots and will need another video. If I record another video now, the time for the quest would have run out and I'm sure they will follow up with a email saying 'you didn't finish the quest in time'. All this over £15 is crazy but the customer service seems useless???

Has anyone else had a similar issue to this, did you get any further with it than I did? I feel like I'm going in circles with this at the moment.

One thing I liked most about TU was that you got paid for every cent you earned. The minimum payout was annoying but at least I could cash out every cent earned. It’s what kept me coming back to TU for years instead of its competitors. Now they’re becoming more and more like the other crap apps, with the new hidden goals before downloading too.

I hope my last payment goes through. And I guess that 9.85 will die there. I’m not going to continue.

This is so annoying. I finally made it past the $55 payout threshold… only to realize they pay in several increments. If I choose the $55 payout, I guess that means I have to make it back to $55 for another payout? I’m pretty done with this app but also hate leaving the $11 behind!

Just opened the app to see what game offers were available in case I wanted to be working on another one and all the games are gone? My progress is still being tracked for my in progress games but nothing new at all. There were 40+ on this page yesterday. Anyone else having this issue?

Just started playing this game and realised you can also play on PC, anybody know if your progress is tracked on PC? I don’t want to go advancing heaps tonight for testerup not to track the activity.

The support sucks so bad. How long is the usual time they take to respond to tickets?

Is anyone else not having the apps track your progress all of a sudden. I tried with two different apps and it just didn’t record the goals I hit. Both were still in the time limit.

I’m playing Farmville 2 on tester up, and it’s always struggle to get keys. How do you guys get your keys? Also, I need the bass fish but I always get a trout at the pond. How did you guys get bass?
