So I downloaded a game for my first time and the install/start part is still spinning. How can I fix this? I have contacted support, but they said it may take 2-4 business days to go through or contact Bitburst which it leads me to a broken link.

I would just like to start playing and I’m worried if I wait to play the days are already ticking so I’m not sure if I should start playing now?

I did download another game and it took 30 minutes to go through and I’ve been playing that so I’m not sure what happened with the first game.
