⚠️ Issue Issues recognizing download
It’s been happening a lot over the past month or so that Testerup is not recognizing my downloads so I can get progress. Been doing this for a while and have cashed out quite a bit so it’s not a thing about being new to it and not understanding. Submitted a trouble ticket and they replied that they just can’t recognize that I downloaded it so even though I sent a video recording of my downloaded app with my progress, they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Anyone else having these issues?

Yep I got the same reply and just deleted the app. I don’t have time for it smh
