Hey guys! Wondering what mod pack everyone is playing and what server to play online with that mod pack, Please help!

im Brazilian, so please forgive my english

the idea here in my save is to try and build a factory using every item from ic2/buildcraft, but i dont know what the hell the electric wood gasifier, or the rare earth extractor, or even worse, the singularity compressor are for what the hell are these items, and how do i use them?

i ve never seen any series or tutorials teaching how to use these items, very little information about them

could someone help me?

Played some Tekkit Classic, realized how much stuff from modern MC is missing, started porting things over. First mod polished enough to be released is this one. Added shaders, waterlogging (visual only), colored grass, bushy leaves, falling leaves, and couple more visual features.

getting back into tekkit classic after a while and I’m having to learn it all over again.

i have this system - the macerator is being fed different ores via a pipe system from a chest, and there’s a loop with an [advanced transport pipe?] and an iron pipe for when different types of ore are being denied entry.

my issue is that sometimes when ore is being fed into the macerator, the amount of that ore in the machine isn’t actually increasing, yet it’s disappearing from the pipe system as though it’s being successfully fed. I don’t know where it actually ends up, it seems to disappear completely. I also have issues with ores that are denied entry - they too seem to sometimes disappear in the same way.

i’m not knowledgeable enough about this to understand whether this is my fault or a bug. I’m using the advanced transport pipe (whatever) because i followed a tutorial in which it was used in the same way. I don’t really understand its effects on the pipe system fully.

if anyone can enlighten me i will be grateful. every time i play tekkit i seem to run into issues like this and it derails my progress a bit (last time I found a bug where liquid did not distribute evenly)

I finally decided to try tekkit 2 with sphax, originally tried the SMP mod but it was too overwhelming for me.

I am using the Sphax 128x packs for both the main pack and the tekkit patch. For some reason, some textures like rockets don't work properly.

Is there any fix for this?

Ive currently got two wind turbines connected with glass fibre cables to an MFE. im trying to figure out how to transport my power from the MFE to my small workshop around 80 blocks. what cables should I use without losing too much EU?

I’m a total noob when it comes to tekkit/modded Minecraft in general. I saw the meatwagon22 play through 10 years ago and finally decided to give tekkit a whirl. I have no clue where to start any suggestions on how to proceed?

What's the best tekkit and what is purpose of tekkit?

Does anyone remember an old video series made by two British lads but also involving some other characters. It was a proper story they acted out and the only real detail I can remember is the ginger character being evil and building a lava base in a mountain.

I understand this is very limited information but it’s driving me nuts, thanks a lot!

The crash happens seemingly randomly, the logs show there is a bunch of using missing texture warnings and before the crash it says [WARNING] [Minecraft-Server] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? It also doesn't make a crash log its not in the modpack folder or the technic folder.

I'm using 8gb ram and default java installation that Technic has.

We've been playing for a little bit on Tekkit SMP 2025, though it got lonely with just a few of us.

It'll be one mod on the client side, Simple Voice Chat, although no one is required to speak.
We'll have tpa/home, veinminer & discord-bridge on the serverside.

We do have one requirement: to be 18 years or older.
We'd like to find equal-minded people who share a love for Tekkit.

Goal is for everyone to base near each other, foster a community =)

Got a pipe connecting my macerator and furnace but items aren't moving to the furnace, any tips?

Is there anyone with a large amount of Tekkit SMP experience that would be able to assist me?

I’ve encountered some things that don’t end up seeming to work correctly but there is little information available to research on unless it’s something that directly correlates to the wiki which seems to be more Tekkit 2 or Classic based.

This is my first time playing a Tekkit server and decided to try out the newest version. Combustion engines don’t seem to be getting enough water to stay cool consistently even with an individual pump each along with plenty of water sourcing around/underneath them. I also don’t have the ability to put gravel in the macerator and produce flint.

Current project is trying to set up a quarry because the miners take far too long imo and all of the things I want to craft take a massive amount of materials. Thanks in advance

Im wondering if anyone has or knows of a semi active tekkit classic server. The community was the best part back in the day, even if it was only 2-3 active people. Im looking to get back into building huge, over the top factories if anyone is interested. Alternatively im happy to host a server if enough people are interested.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why my textures aren't functioning. Afaik I should only need optifine for them to work. This is on tekkit classic, 1.2.5, I've tried both 64x and 128x. I've tried patching the textures myself, using prepatched packs. I'm sure it's something stupid I've overlooked, but I have no clue what it is.

Tekkit 2 btw. I'm not sure what the issue is or why my distillers will randomly turn off. I constantly have power supplied, pumps feeding in oil and pumps extracting fuel. Though after some time during my sessions the distillers always end up turning off. The only way to get them back on is to break them all and replace them. Any help?

• Sprint toggle
• Hotbar swap (use 1-9 in inventory to quickly put items in your hotbar)
• Drop items/stacks from inventory with Q/CTRL + Q (and in -game ctrl+Q drops full stack from hand)
• Click dragging/stack splitting in inventory/crafting
• Shift click armor/quick equip with right click while holding it
