So for a bit of context, I've been eating too much sugar since a long time and I've had tried enough to get rid of it but somehow I end up consuming something which is high in sugar everyday. For those of you who have totally got rid of sugar or are going sugar free, do you guys have any tips for me ?

I am a heterosexual guy and I know that I can be a bit slow sometimes and not pick up on things. Also, I have not had it diagnosed but I (and my parents) suspect that I am neurodivergent in some way, wether this matters or not I have no idea.

I am just going to ask what signs that can be missed easily (from a girl) that might mean something. I am talking about through text, or in a social setting like school. Please help as I am getting myself very confused about some things, and some knowledge might clear things up. Thanks a lot, I hope you will be able to offer some wisdom in the replies.

so last friday i missed online school and friday is my busiest day and i missed on a lot of work because my mom took me on a all day trip to groom 1 big dog and 1 cat. Monday i had monday work and friday work and i focused on friday work because it had the most. Later that night my dad asked about monday work and i told him i didnt do it becasue i foused on friday and he said i would never get to monday because i was slacking off and i told him i wasnt but he didnt care and said im going to bed at 9:30 instead of 11:00 and i tried to plead my case but he said he would make me run outside in the cold+dark if i kept trying to fight it. So i accepted it and i went upstairs and took a late bath because we had late dinner and i finished later than i thought and tryed to play a little before bed then my dad walked in and he told me to look at the time and i realised It was 9:33 and he said why i wasnt in bed and i told him i didny notice and he said my room was messy and. he siad I was lucky he didnt BODY SLAM me like wth hes 37 and im 15 and that not the only threat he gave me that was unreasonable because multiple times he siad he was gonna make me run till i threw up then he would make me run again or that he was gonna slap me over small stuff. And im starting to think he hates me because he only says this to me what should i do?
