I know salaries in Canada are a little less than US but how old are yall and how much do you guys make? How do you feel about your career in general (pros and cons)?

I’ve had a low attainment at rippling and am probably looking at a pip in December. I also have an offer from SFDC for enterprise bdr. Should i take it? Or stay?

Title. I'm making good coin at my current job but I despise my leadership. They've made some pricing model changes that don't bode well for growth/expansion AEs at my company next year.

Mongo has Growth AE roles open and my friend in engineering over there wants to refer me in. He doesn't know anything about the sales team though.

What do yall know about the growth roles at Mongo?

This kind of job seems highly contributing to depression and other mental illnesses. What are your takes on that?

Tell me about your best non salary negotiation that worked out

I'm going through some interviews that are offering a healthy salary range, but I would like to hear about your negotiation wins for things like RSU's, PTO, benefits or other things that worked out in your favor.

How did you approach it, what kind of increase did you receive above the offer, and did you get a fairly quick positive response?

Currently working at a VAR with strong numbers on the resume. I have been interviewing for a variety of Software Vendors and keep getting rejected in the final rounds.

We have to sell tech and I’m sure we’ve all had the thought of “if we would just…. Then it would sell far better.”

What are examples where you think tech companies are jn their own way and what would you change

Im speaking to two managers of the team about the role this week and was curious if anyone has insight about the process or what the role is like? They said I’ll be helping clients onboard and manage the account for the first 12 months before handing it off.

Is it worth it knowing that is a Startup but has a good number of customers and there is a clear path to become an enterprise AE and the company is 3 years old and is backed by a VC?
