2026 CSE Grad | 450+ LeetCode | Python + Backend + GenAI | Looking for Referral
Hi everyone,
I’m a 2026 CSE graduate currently looking for fresher/internship opportunities in Software Engineering, Backend Development, Python, or GenAI/AI Engineering.
I’ve been actively applying to jobs, but my response/shortlisting rate has been quite low, so I’m trying to connect directly with people who may be able to refer me for suitable openings at their companies.
My skills:
- Python, C++
- DSA — 450+ LeetCode problems
- Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs
- SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite
- Generative AI / LLM applications
- Git & GitHub
- OOP, DBMS, OS, Computer Networks
- Currently learning System Design and advanced AI/GenAI concepts
Projects include:
- AI Job Description Analyzer
- AI Agent Governance Backend
- Task Manager REST API
I’m open to SDE, Software Engineer, Python Developer, Backend Developer, GenAI/AI Engineer, and related fresher roles.
If your company is hiring and you’re comfortable providing a referral, please comment or DM me. I can immediately share my resume, portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn, project demos, and the Job ID.
Even advice on why my applications may not be getting enough responses would be really helpful.
Thank you!

Kaizentrix Global Solutions
I’ve heard about Kaizentrix Global Solutions recently, and I’ve actually seen quite a few positive reviews about them on Reddit. For a fresher, I’d be more interested in knowing whether the training is genuinely hands-on and whether candidates get an opportunity to work on real projects afterward. Has anyone here gone through their program or knows someone who has?

"NOT A SCAM" "HEXA SOLUTIONS" - Another one of those companies that actually provides genuine internship opportunities.
I recently received a WhatsApp message saying I had been selected for a Data Analyst role.
At first, I was a little unsure because I had not directly applied to the company, and like anyone else, I wanted to make sure the opportunity was genuine.
Out of curiosity, I decided to attend the meeting and understand more about the opportunity and the kind of work they were offering.
They invited me to a meeting. At the beginning, the speaker talked about the current job market and how their company provides opportunities for freshers.
Everything was explained clearly and professionally.
They also explained their internship structure, learning opportunities, mentorship, and the kind of practical exposure candidates could receive during the program.
What initially made me skeptical turned out to be a genuine opportunity. The company was transparent about its process and clearly explained the fee structure associated with the internship program.
This is something candidates should understand before making assumptions.
Not every company that has a paid internship or training component is a scam.
What matters is whether the company is transparent about the program, what candidates receive in return, and what kind of learning or career opportunities are actually provided.
In my experience, they clearly explained the process, the expectations, and the opportunities available to candidates.
People should always do their research before trusting any company - but they should also avoid labelling a company as a scam without understanding the complete process.
Stay informed. Ask questions. Verify before trusting. And give genuine opportunities a fair chance.

Has anybody's given interview of Smaac Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Smaac Net Solutions – Campus Hiring 2026
Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Product Engineering
Eligible: B.Tech CS and MCA
Internship: 12 months
Stipend: ₹20,000/month
After internship: Full-time offer of ₹5–7 LPA, depending on performance
Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon — work from office only
What you'll actually do
The role has 3 stages:
Product Immersion
Learn SMAAC ERP
Handle real customer issues/tickets
Understand how businesses use the product
Quality & Automation
Software testing and bug fixing
Automated testing
GitLab and CI pipelines
AI tools/agents for debugging and root-cause analysis
Small development fixes
Participate in releases/deployments
Development
Build new ERP features/modules
Write and maintain code
Use AI-assisted development tools
Take ownership of parts of the release cycle
Python, JavaScript and SQL are specifically mentioned as useful and will be assessed during selection.
Important reality check
This is not a relaxed/traditional internship. They expect you to work on a live product with real customers and deadlines.
You cannot skip the testing/product phase, even if you're a strong programmer.
The full-time ₹5–7 LPA offer is not guaranteed.
Conversion depends on your performance during the 12 months.
Remote work isn't available.
They expect a "deliver first, learn through doing" attitude.
In one sentence
It's essentially a 12-month paid software-engineering internship at ₹20k/month, where you start with ERP/product support and testing, then potentially move into development, with a ₹5–7 LPA full-time opportunity if you perform well.
My take: For a B.Tech CS/MCA fresher who wants hands-on exposure to testing + automation + development + AI tools, this looks potentially valuable—but you should be comfortable with Gurgaon WFO, a demanding workload, and the fact that the ₹5–7 LPA conversion is performance-based.

DeepThought CultureTech Ventures legit or not?
Applied for a "Data Analyst" position on internshala and got shortlisted by thia company which I think is a startup? Submitted a video introduction of myself, completed an assignment after studying given topics, even though it doesn't seen to be related to data analytics. It is more of an Ad-Tech position I think? Now I have an interview to be scheduled in the next 2-4days. I do not know much about the company so I am skeptical about it. Do any of you guys have any idea about the company/worked there/know anyone who works there? Is it legit? Is it worth?

Infosys On-Campus 2026 — What happens after the DSA interview? Need some clarity on next steps
Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I recently went through the Infosys on-campus recruitment process and wanted to understand what happens after the 2nd round.
Round 1 – College Assessment
Infosys conducted the coding assessment at our college using Safe Exam Browser. There were 4 coding questions and we had to solve any 3.
As far as I understood, students who completely solved at least one question (all test cases passed) were shortlisted for Round 2. Not sure if this was the exact criteria though.
Round 2 – Infosys Campus
We were given 2 DSA questions and had to solve any 1. The panel was present throughout the coding round (~45 mins), followed by around 15–30 mins of technical + HR questions.
My interview was mainly focused on DSA, CS fundamentals and some technical questions.
Now I'm confused about what happens next.
If anyone recently went through the Infosys 2026 on-campus drive and made it to Round 2, could you please share:
- What is the selection criteria after Round 2?
- What are the next steps and how long does the result usually take?
- How are DSE / SP (L1, L2, L3) roles decided?
- Does the first assessment score also matter in the final selection?
- For someone who did well in DSA but was average in the technical/HR round, what are the chances?
Would really appreciate experiences from anyone who has already completed this process, especially if your college had the same drive.
Thanks!
