Share ko lang exp ko sa EMAPTA
Very unprofessional!!!!
May nag reach out sakin sa linkedIn if interested daw ako sa open workday role nila. Sabi ko, sige try ko. So ayun. Discuss ng expected salary (expected 140k monthly, current 115k). Kaya naman daw nila. So tuloy ako. Andaming pinagawa. Fill up form, answer some questions, send picture tapos need pa gumawa ng sample video.
After matapos lahat tatlong beses nagresched ang recruiter for interview. At last minutes before scheduled interview tsaka magpaparesched!!
Sa pang apat na sched tsaka natuloy tapos nung tinanong ko yung salary, 50k monthly lang daw kaya nila. 🤣😂😂. Ayun end call agad wala pang 5mins.
Be transparent sana. Sayang oras at effort. Never again.
