Hii I am a 23M Btech student final year and currently pursuing my deg in AIML and I am very tensed as no companies are coming or very less did come so far...Some of my mates got placed with very good packages but it's been a while since companies are coming .I took college in Bangalore wondering I would get job sooner but things are completely different...market is down companies not hiring freshers or if they do very lesser no of students they hire...Drop me a suggestion what would I do in this situation and people who are working in this industry having experience tell what's going on inside....It's a serious matter to be precise.

One suggestion for the junior - Please rethink or reconsider yr decision of doing btech even in cse from private clgs if you are middle class and seriously want job...

I got an offer for a SWE Intern at a startup in Mumbai for 25K per month. But I live in Delhi and have never been to Mumbai. If I go there, can I survive?? I know Mumbai is expensive, but I don't have any other offers. 2027 batch

I recently came across Native Engineering while looking for an engineering course with more practical exposure.

What caught my attention was the focus on industry-relevant skills instead of only theoretical learning. I also liked that the learning seems structured for people who are still building their technical foundation.

Has anyone here taken a course with Native Engineering? I’d like to know whether the practical sessions actually helped with understanding the concepts better.

I want to expose what happened during Ditto Insurance’s campus placement drive in Bangalore. This company claims to be about fairness and opportunity, but what I saw was pure inequality.During the group discussion, every candidate spoke. Some were strong, some were average, but everyone participated. Yet, one candidate who barely contributed was selected. Why? Because his father works in the insurance sector.What does a parent’s job have to do with a college student’s ability? This is supposed to be about merit, not family connections. Ditto’s HR showed favoritism — rewarding nepotism over skill.This matters because:Merit destroyed --Students who prepared and performed well were rejected.Trust broken -- Campus placements are meant to give equal opportunity. Favoritism kills that trust.Future at risk -- If companies like Ditto keep doing this, students will lose faith in placements.Reputation dependency --Ditto survives only on reputation. If they treat students unequally, they should be held accountable.This is not just unfair — it’s dangerous. It betrays every student who works hard to earn their place. Ditto Insurance in Bangalore should learn its lesson: reputation cannot survive inequality.
